Each individual may maintain only one (1) active account on jiliebo. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual is strictly prohibited and will result in the suspension of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of any balances therein.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your jiliebo account credentials, including your username and password. You agree to notify jiliebo immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorised access to or use of your account.
jiliebo will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with this security obligation. All transactions and wagers placed using your account credentials will be deemed to have been made by you, unless you have previously notified jiliebo of a security breach.
jiliebo accepts deposits and processes withdrawals exclusively in Philippine Peso (PHP). Supported payment methods include GCash, PayMaya (Maya), and direct bank transfer to major Philippine banks including BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, Landbank, PNB, and Security Bank. Debit card deposits may also be available subject to your issuing bank's policies.
Deposits: Deposits are generally credited to your jiliebo account balance within minutes of confirmation by the payment provider. jiliebo does not charge fees on deposits; however, your payment provider may apply its own transaction fees.
Withdrawals: Withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification. jiliebo reserves the right to request supporting documentation before processing any withdrawal. Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method registered in the same name as the jiliebo account. Processing times vary by payment method but jiliebo endeavours to process approved withdrawal requests within 24–72 hours.
Minimum and Maximum Limits: Minimum deposit and withdrawal amounts are published in the jiliebo cashier section and may be updated from time to time. jiliebo reserves the right to impose transaction limits at its discretion.
Note on Prohibited Payment Methods: In compliance with Philippine regulations, jiliebo does not accept deposits or process withdrawals via cryptocurrency of any kind, or via credit card for gambling purposes. Any attempt to fund your account using prohibited methods will result in the transaction being declined and may trigger an account review.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, jiliebo, its directors, officers, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to:
jiliebo's total aggregate liability to any player in connection with any claim arising under these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

jiliebo reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently terminate any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:
Upon termination of an account for reasons other than fraud or breach of these Terms, any verified real-money balance remaining in the account will be returned to the player via the player's registered withdrawal method, subject to completion of any applicable verification procedures. Bonus balances and bonus-derived winnings are non-refundable upon account closure.
Dormant account balances are subject to a monthly administrative fee as published in the jiliebo cashier section, after a 12-month period of inactivity. Players are encouraged to log in periodically to prevent their account from being classified as dormant.

jiliebo reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, jiliebo will notify registered players via email or an in-platform notification at least seven (7) days prior to the changes taking effect, where practicable.

Your continued use of the jiliebo Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
In the event of any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the jiliebo Platform, you agree to first attempt to resolve the matter informally by contacting jiliebo support. jiliebo will endeavour to respond to all formal complaints within five (5) business days.
If a dispute cannot be resolved informally within thirty (30) days, either party may refer the matter to PAGCOR's dispute resolution process or to the appropriate courts of the Republic of the Philippines, which shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any such dispute.
